By using the Daily Vanakkam platform or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Use govern your interactions with the platform, including the booking and cancellation of Poojas, refunds, and payments. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled Pooja commencement time. For cancellations made beyond this timeframe, no refund will be processed.
• Cancellation Method: To cancel a booking, you must contact us by phone at 6364550146 or via email at info@dailyvanakkam.com. Cancellations are valid only when communicated through these channels.
• No Refunds for Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made less than 12 hours before the Pooja will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

2. Pricing Policy

• Exclusions: All prices listed on the Daily Vanakkam portal exclude conveyance charges and taxes. These additional costs will be calculated and added to the final bill at the time of payment.
• Right to Change: Daily Vanakkam reserves the right to modify the conveyance fee at any time without prior notice. These changes will be applied automatically and may vary depending on location or other factors.

3. Service Satisfaction and Refunds

• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service after the completion of the Pooja, you must inform us within one hour of the Pooja’s completion time with reasons for our understanding to correct ourselves and provide the service to customer satisfaction.

• Refunds: For dissatisfaction expressed within one hour, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the service charge.
• No Refund for Late Claims: If dissatisfaction is expressed beyond the one-hour window, the request will not be considered for a refund.

4. Payment Policy

• Booking Requirement: All Poojas must be booked either by calling us or via our website at least 24 hours in advance.
• Full Payment: A 100% payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the service. No booking will be processed or held without full payment.
• Right to Cancel by Daily Vanakkam: Daily Vanakkam reserves the right to cancel any booking or reject a booking request without prior notice or reason. If cancellation is made by us, the full amount paid will be refunded within 24 hours.

5. Modification of Terms

• Daily Vanakkam reserves the right to modify or update these terms of use at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
